Preparing

Ulsan Art Museum, in collaboration with the Asia Culture Center Foundation (ACCF), presents Fan Letter from July 9 to September 27. The exhibition reimagines Fan Letter, an original exhibition conceived and produced by the Asia Culture Center (ACC) in 2025 and circulated by the Asia Culture Center Foundation, by incorporating Ulsan's local identity and the cultural context of its industrial cityscape.

The exhibition brings together 11 artists and artist groups who reinterpret the memories and emotions embedded in trot and Asian popular music from their own perspectives. Through a wide range of media, including sound, video, installation, and interactive works, the exhibition explores music as a cultural language that connects people across generations, regions, and histories.

Fan Letter invites visitors to reflect on the songs and memories that have accompanied their lives and to encounter the value and significance of popular music anew through the language of contemporary art.
