질병관리청 2022.04.29. 국내 체류 외국인 (60세 이상) 코로나19 백신 4차접종 (부스터) 안내 오미크론 변이 유행에 따라 고령층의 확진 · 사망이 증가하는 상황에서, 코로나19 감염으로 인한 중증 · 사망으로부터 보호하기 위하여 60세 이상 국내 체류 외국인을 대상으로 아래와 같이 코로나19 백신 4차접종을 시행함을 알려드립니다. 접종 대상 60세(62.12.31. 이전 출생) 이상 연령층 중 국내 또는 해외에서 3차접종을 완료한 이후 4개월(120일) 경과자가 대상이며, 중증위험이 높은 80세 이상의 고령층에서는 4차 예방접종을 받으실 것을 적극적으로 권고드립니다. * 3회 접종 완료 전, 후 코로나19 감염력이 있더라도, 본인 희망 시 접종 가능| 백신 종류 및 접종 간격 |mRNA 백신(화이자, 모더나) 및 노바백스 백신으로 접종합니다. 60세 이상 연령층 중 3차접종 후 4개월(120일)이 지나면 4차접종을 받을 수 있습니다. * 단, 집단 감염 우려가 있는 요양병원·시설(정신건강증진시설 포함) 대상자와 접종 간격을 단축할 필요가 있는 면역저하자는 3차접종 후 3개월(90일) 이후부터 가능 접종 일정 및 장소 사전예약은 2022년 4월 18일(월)부터 가능하며, 예약접종은 2022년 4월 25일(월)부터 접종을 받을 수 있습니다. 당일접종은 위탁의료기관에 잔여 백신이 있는 경우 2022년 4월 14일(목)부터 접종 가능합니다. 접종장소는 건강보험 가입여부와 무관하게 코로나19 예방접종을 시행하는 의료기관에서 접종을 받을 수 있습니다. 다만, 의료기관 접종이 여의치 않은 경우, 지자체 여건에 따라 보건소 접종도 가능합니다. 예약 방법 및 일정 1. 국내에서 기초접종과 3차접종을 마친 60세 이상 외국인 |1) 등록외국인 : 기초접종 시와 동일하게 온라인이나 전화를 통해 예약할 수 있습니다. ① 온라인예약 : 코로나19예방접종사전예약시스템(https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr) 접속하여 본인 및 대리예약 ② 전화예약 : 질병관리청 콜센터 (81339) 또는 지자체 콜센터 예약 ③ 당일접종 : 의료기관 예비명단(유선 확인) 등록 후 당일 접종 * SNS를 통한 잔여백신 예약 가능 2) 미등록외국인(불법체류 외국인 포함) : 기초접종이나 3차접종 때 보건소에서 발급받았던 임시관리번호를 이용하여 전화예약 또는 접종기관(의료기관 또는 보건소)에 방문하여 예약할 수 있습니다. * 임시관리번호 발급 시 여권, 외국인등록증 등 신분증 제시를 요구하지 않습니다. 2. 해외에서 기초접종과 3차접종을 마친 60세 이상 외국인 (90일 이하 단기체류 외국인 포함) 신분증을 지참하여 가까운 보건소를 방문, 임시관리번호를 발급받아 해외 접종이력을 등록한 후, 전화예약 또는 접종기관(의료기관 또는 보건소)에 방문하여 예약할 수 있습니다. ※ 참고 - 신분에 관한 정보는 예방접종의 목적으로만 이용되며, 통보의무 면제제도에 의해 출입국·외국인관서에 불법체류 사실 등이 통보되지 않습니다. - 기타 자세한 사항은 질병관리청 코로나19 예방접종 누리집(https://ncv.kdca.go.kr)을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency 2022.04.29. Fourth COVID-19 Vaccination(second booster) Guideline for Foreign Residents aged 60 and older The Omicron infections have continued to rise among older people with critical cases and deaths particularly rising. In this regard, Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency(KDCA) will administer a second COVID-19 vaccine booster shot for foreign residents aged 60 years and older to protect them against severe illness with COVID-19, including hospitalizations and deaths. - Eligible Recipients Foreign residents aged 60 years and older who received an initial booster (third vaccination) 4 months (120 days) ago in or outside of Korea. It is strongly recommended for the elderly over 80 at high risk to get a second booster shot. * People who had COVID-19 before or after receiving their first booster shot are able to get a second booster on a voluntary basis. - Vaccine Type and Interval between Vaccine Doses For a 2nd booster dose, either mRNA (Pfizer-BioTech or Moderna) or Novavax vaccine will be offered. Eligible recipients can get a 2nd booster shot at least 4 months (120 days) after their 1st COVID-19 booster. * However, those in nursing homes or facilities (incl. community mental health facilites) or with a weakened immune system can receive a second booster dose at an interval of 3 months (90 days). - Vaccination Schedule and Location Appointment bookings for a 2nd booster shot have been opened since April 18, 2022 and eligible recipients can receive a booster shot on a selected date. Same-day appointments are available from April 14, 2022 if vaccination sites have leftover vaccines. Regardless of health insurance status, eligible recipients can receive a booster shot at designated medical institutions or public health centers. - How to Make an Vaccination Appointment 1. If you are 60 years of age and older and received both primary doses and the first booster in Korea 1) Registered Foreigners: You can make a vaccination appointment online or by phone for yourself or on behalf of someone else just like how you scheduled your primary vaccination appointments. ① Online :Visit https://ncvr.kdca.go.kr and make an appointment through the COVID-19 vaccination booking system. ② Phone:Contact KDCA call center at ☏1339 or your local government call center. ⓷ Same-day appointments available: Call a medical institution or public health center to confirm vaccine availability and if confirmed, you can be vaccinated on the same day as the appointment from March 14, 2022. * Same-day appointments for leftover vaccines through SNS are available. 2) Unregistered Foreigners (incl. illegal residents) : You can make a vaccination appointment by phone or visiting a public health center or medical institution with your temporary management number that you received for your COVID-19 primary vaccination. * An ID card, a passport or a residence card is not required to obtain a temporary management number. 2. If you are 60 years of age and older and received both primary doses and the first booster outside of Korea Visit a public health center near you and bring your ID card. Request a temporary management number and register your international vaccination records. You can then make a booster shot appointment by phone or visiting a public health center or medical institution. Note - All personal information that you provide will be used only for vaccination. For illegalimmigrants, their personal information including immigration status will not be relayed to any immigration office as mandated by relevant law (Exemption from Obligation to report for llegal immigrants). - For further details, visit https://ncv.kdca.go.kr
